Plagiarism.

So, a little bird told me that my writing here is being copied elsewhere. My my! How flattering! I am sooo touched, I tell you.

Here is the copied version: http://svraman24.wordpress.com/page/4/

And here is my original post: Karadayan Nombu

Of course, if the plagiarist (is that a word?) is smart enough, (s)he? would have removed the post by now.

Oh! Wait a minute...here's one more of my posts:

http://svraman24.wordpress.com/2008/08/19/heaven-hell-love-hate-in-a-relationship/

Here's another:

http://svraman24.wordpress.com/2008/05/22/becoming-jane/

And another:

http://svraman24.wordpress.com/2008/04/03/a-good-fight/

This one boils my blood a lil' bit because it is one of my short stories:

http://svraman24.wordpress.com/2008/03/05/the-prophecy/

This is one of the reasons I have removed most of my short stories from my other blog...

Anyhoo, just thought it was (so not) amusing!

Wonder how you report a word press blog...thoughts?

RS, this is awful!
Being in a profession like mine (where your reputation depends on the truth in your words, I have to say this person's boldness is just plain disturbing.

Sorry this happened to you.

Sorry this happened to you! But on the other side, you are a celeb writer now (whose works people plagiarize!)

Wow! The audacity!

Looks like something has happened in the interim - can't access the 'copy' blog - I get:

you did very well in blogging about this... and the other person removed those posts...

Few years back there was a similar issue in the indian blogosphere and it raised whole lots of stink... the blogger in question responded saying "he did not realize it is a BIG NO in the blogosphere". He apologised and life went on...

One of the things you can do is make a note in the sidebar saying these things are not allowed or put a creative commons and move on.

Personally, I feel bad this happened to you. You are doing well keeps the names of your people to the "initials".

I enjoy your blog. Continue blogging and let this not stop you :))
