Now, this has to be tam(il) :) .. since the dad has his shirt outside. Long shorts on the kid so maybe he was 11/12 years in 1960/70 .. must have become popular by 80's / 85's ... tam dude popular in late 80's early 90's ... who can it be? .. now I need some Tam help :)
